seeleeshop @tiffanykato once you ship and the item is received by your customer they have 3 days to approve and agree that it is what you said it was and they can rate your item...if they choose not to go on and marked that it has been accepted after the 3 days as long as it has been marked delivered by USPS then Poshmark will release your money to you 😊
