amilling28 @tiphanyphaith hey! Thank you so much for responding and again I just wanted to say I’m sorry. The package was picked up but apparently it never scanned and they have no idea where it is but I think that if you need them by next week it might be the best idea for you to cancel.

amilling28 @tiphanyphaith (to add onto the previous comment) I’ve been calling the post office almost every day and they told me that I can try and submit a claim but they might not refund me because it was never scanned into the system :( if I were you I would cancel the order because I don’t want you to keep waiting for something that is lost. If for some reason I do find the cleats I will let you know and we can figure something else out! Please let me know if you do receive them somehow! Thanks again
