ninirum So, it seems you would “accept” one of the orders. The other one you would select the Problems\Inquiry and state reason for return. Not sure if that will work or not? We might contact PM to be sure.

In fact, both orders funded on last Sunday as “accepted the buyer” so I assumed you decided to keep both. I just tried to submit a “sent wrong item” request to see if that initiates a return after acceptance. I’m sorry I did not notice that option sooner. Hopefully, this works.
