krayp I rec’d your 2 star rating this morning, with “other” checked. In order to improve my business, I’d like to ask what the problem was? I gave you at least a 40% discount, on the item, when you asked about the stains that were photographed I responded and you said you saw them. When you asked when I would mail I answered and shipped out within 24 hours. I answered all your questions I thought in a very timely manor, so you can see why I’m baffled with the rating. Thank you for your time.
