nycthreads10 those "tares" are the actual openings for the jewelry. I've had that box for 25 years and never made any alterations. I normally wouldn't ask, but I very been giving my all to maintain a 5.0 rating after receiving low marks while I was hospitalized and unable to ship orders. would you please reconsider changing your 3 stars to 5?

nycthreads10 I just don't understand your rating? That box is in the same condition as it was we hen I received it 25 years ago. Also, it clearly shows a birds eye view of the inside of this box where you can see an indentation going directly across to top half of the cushion. it would be greatly appreciated if you could reconsider the 3 star rating for a 30 year old box that I sold for half of what I originally listed it for.
