pjanelle002 This buyer is just someone who complains about everything. You claimed to poshmark that what I sent you was not what was shown when it was the EXACT item that was shown. I do not make the ornaments so how can I be blamed for the material??? Then you complained about the packaging. Lady, I use what I have on hand to package and I package as best as I can.

pjanelle002 I sent it in a box with wrap and then a nice design mailer to cover it along with a handwritten thank you note, and still that was not enough for you?? The item didnt even arrived damaged and you complained about that anyway. I don't recommend selling to this buyer AT ALL.
