hi I'm reaching out, I sold you a pair of Hokas and you wanted to return because I sent the wrong pair. I thought the correct pair was sent and I was wrong. I was really sick the week your return came through with food poisoning so I wasn't in the best frame of mind to work during that time. nevertheless I did find the correct pair. I am willing to pay for the shipping to send these to you if you want the correct pair. very sorry

hey I was trying to finish my message because the first part cutoff. it's not allowing me to send any messages out to you, it's giving me a message that I have reached maxed attempts? but what I was trying to send out to you was to ask you also if you could reach out to Poshmark as well to see if you have any luck on your end. I'm not having any luck. I've sent the information and order numbers three times. I'm not sure what else I can do at this point

@t_mwanza I do, and without poshmarks help this situation is very confusing. Can you try reaching out to poshmark on your end? To see if you have any luck? Maybe if communication is coming from both of us we can get somewhere. To solve this situation really requires their help.

@t_mwanza you should be able to go in where the order details information is from the purchase. So go like your going to look at your purchases, click on the order, there should be an area (same area you went in to do the return), you'll see an option that says something like problem with purchase, click on that tab and from there you should be able to message poshmark about the purchase. Just explain that the return was open and you were unaware of the required days to return and meanwhile the

@t_mwanza so yeah I just checked. Go to purchases then click on the purchase order. Scroll to the bottom where you see problems/order Inquiry. From there you should be able to send the message
