hi there, i just received your rating. i just wanted to see what exactly the issue was? typically the amount of stars you rate is based on item cleanliness, item description, etc. So i just wanted to see if it was due to any of those reasons?

@belelo42 okay i’m just making sure i understand, no need to be rude or anything. the last photo posted does show a snag in the scarf, but if it’s worse then a snag & there’s actually a big hole in the scarf; what would u would do instead of accepting the package & rating it, is report it to poshmark through the purchased listing & they would’ve asked for photos of the hole. from there they could’ve sent u a return label, or given u a refund. i’m very sorry if i missed holes on the scarf.
