shopperofsales the boot you purchased was definitely new, only tried on in house as described. and the gouge you stated was also spoke about in description if you had read. Enjoy the great price you got on a NEW BOOT. karma will handle the rating you gave me..Have a great new year!!

tilynnelee @shopperofsales that's your opinion that the boots are new you may have not worn them but their is wear and tear on them. The small gouge is fine it seems like one boot was buffed out on the front. Yes, I did get a great deal but they are not exceptional nor NEW! I deleted my rating since you took it so sorely to wish Bad Karma on me. But you as well have a Great New Year! 💗
