bnieszyewski If in fact you realized after the sale you didn't like the negotiation than you should have chalked it up to a mistake in your part. Taking it out on the customer is more than unprofessional! I will be speaking with Posh as I clearly feel you are possibly doing this to others and you owe me an explanation. I do not usually get this upset but I do plenty of business. On this site and I am so distrustful of your business practice. Please explain to me immediately.

bnieszyewski I like to think people selling are genuine sellers and not out for just a "killing" on making money and not also wanting a happy customer. I'll wait till 11am for a reply. Sincerely Brenda Nieszyewski. My sister in law is an ambassador for Posh I'd like to ask her the best business practices. If there was something amiss with my funding let me know. I can't see that being the case.

shopspeedy @bnieszyewski hello. We apologize and understand your frustration. Cancelling an order is the last thing that we want to do. There was a flaw in one of the items that was overlooked. It is very minor and easily not seen. We did not want to ship the order and you be unhappy with your purchase. We apologize for that error on our part. Unfortunately, we were not able to just cancel one item of the bundle.

bnieszyewski @shopspeedy please don't cancel any of the items. Tell me about the small flaw and I am actually ok with it. If it's barely noticeable then ask me and I am perfectly fine with it. So send the entire order as planned. This way we are now on the same page, and you now have finally told me the supposed issue, as you could have deleted the item and redid the rest of the order. Plz send full order.

shopspeedy @bnieszyewski Hello. The small flaw is with the Rachel Roy top. It is a small hole on back of item. We will relist this bundle for you and will take $5 off the original price. Again, we apologize, just did not want you to receive an item that you were unhappy with.
