monarchmom @tim_tosh Tim, any purchase $500 + goes to Poshmark for "authentication". I'm terribly sorry this is taking so long and am very frustrated because they're also holding up my earnings. I've emailed them 3 times insisting that they release your purchase. Their answer is that it can take 10 business days not counting holidays which is about right now. Your necklace will be sent to you directly from Poshmark. I'm staying on top of it & will let you know as soon as I know anything.

monarchmom Hi Tim, it might be helpful if you also reach out to Poshmark support. As the buyer, I think they need to hear directly from you how frustrated you are. Again, I am so sorry. I had no idea this would happen. I suggested to them that they make "authentication" an option rather than policy. In your case, the necklace is a no-brainer as far as "authentication" goes. The good news is, the necklace is awesome & she'll love it!

tim_tosh @monarchmom I appreciate your help. I did contact Poshmark. I hope the necklace comes soon. It was for our anniversary which was 1/1! There was no mention of a delay due to authenticification. Thanks again. Very frustrating!
