jessicacampbell Hello, I was checking the status of the order, since we both live in the same city the label had a 1 day delivery, not sure what happened, if you click on the order where it says shipped, it gives you the tracking history,

jessicacampbell it says the package was refused and then delivered to a 10075 I am guessing that’s a post office. I would call your nearest post office and request a re-delivery of the package, all you need is the tracking number. I will ask my post office as well, and will let you know what they said.
