Hi. Timesha-- I shipped this sweater to you one week ago on Monday. I contacted Poshmark to track it down, contacted you to keep you updated that it hadn't begun tracking and also tried to find it via USPS. It's incredibly unfair to rate my performance due to shipping issues I tried to correct.

Also, if you were unhappy that the sweater isn't a "true white" I wish you wouldn't have accepted your package. I make a living by Poshmark. Your one star rating completely hurts my small business. I would have been happier to relist it and send it to someone who would have actually enjoyed it.
