teriatposhmark Hi, it’s Teriatposhmark. I saw that you received the Jo Malone sample & gave it only a one Star & that I needed to improve. I wanted to see if there was a problem with the package when it was delivered? I secured it with several layers of bubble wrap so I’m not sure what might need to be improved? Since I only charge $5 for the sample &Poshmark keeps $2.95, I only earned $2. Please let me know what I needed to do to improve on your purchase so I can understand better what happened, thanks.

teriatposhmark @twallyspanter Hi Timmy, thanks for your reply and yes, there is an option to change your rating from your purchases after the initial rating. You can just go to the listing of your purchases, select the purchase that you want to change and enter another star rating. I know that it can be done easily so please let me know if you’re having any problems. I really appreciate your offer to update the rating on your purchase😊& glad that your purchase was acceptable.

teriatposhmark @twallyspanter I just wanted to add that the ability to edit the rating of a past purchase is only available for 30 days after your purchase and it’s a edit rating button right next to the rating given under your purchases. Once the 30 days passes, that edit rating button no longer shows up for your older purchases.

teriatposhmark Hi Timmy, sorry to have to keep bothering you on this but I noticed there’s no change to the 1 star ⭐️ rating given for the Jo Malone sample. This has brought my 5 star cumulative overall rating down to 4.9 overall, for the 170 +ratings that I have gotten to date. I do appreciate that you agreed to make the change to the 1 ⭐️ rating since it was a mistake, so I am just checking in again on this. Your attention to this matter would be appreciated, thanks.

athenaricki @teriatposhmark buyer did the same to me, although he gave a 4 star rating, indicated item description as the opportunity for improvement, but couldn't provide explanation. Only 4 star I've ever gotten and it irks me.
