julietteauger Hi Timothy, I purchased a sterling silver ring with white sapphire and white topaz on June 20, 2022. The silver is wearing out on the prongs and copper is showing through. I am sure you did not intentionally sell me a stamped 925 product that was only plated. I blame the manufacturer for misadvertising cause the stamp is clearly there. However I am out the cost that I paid. I would gladly return the ring for a refund. How are you willing to help me?

jjemz @tuckerp69 Yes I did my detective work! My purchase went to @ghenry21 in New Brunswick and they currently have it listed as an item reposhed from you!🤨🙁 You put the wrong label on the package! I have been messaging support but not received any replies! Also, the order automatically completes after several days whether I accept or not. Would you please connect with the recipient! jjemz @tuckerp69 it was a second hand ring from the 70’s! Stop with the excuses! You might have printed the labels and put them on the wrong package. Another posher made a similar complaint and it sounds like it was also the same ring.

ghenry21 by the way - the ring I purchased was a New ring, not an antique 70’s ring. The seller obviously had more then 1 of the same ring as he stated that he could get more from his supplier. Contact Canada Post with your Tracking # and have them Track your parcel. Stop accusing other people of doing something wrong when you obviously haven’t followed up on your end!!

jjemz @tuckerp69 my apologies that my concerns were perceived negatively. This was not my intention The pictures and the sizes are identical and so the listings are very deceptive to the viewer. Turquoise stones have different grains and no two are alike. The picture of the ring makes it look authentically vintage turquoise and silver in every way! I’ll just have to write off the financial loss and save for another gift for my daughter.

The listing is deceptive and anyone in my position would be concerned when they see absolutely identical pictures and descriptions in multiple listings! Also , all the listings sold within minutes of each other! That’s not coincidence! I will write off my financial loss and save for a new gift for my daughter! $40 is almost 2 days worth of meals for my family of 4 and I am a single mom!

ghenry21 @jjemz - Did you contact Canada Post and give them your tracking #??? That is one of the first things you do, finding your parcel is their responsibility, not mine and not the sellers. I have had many parcels gone missing and that’s the first thing I do. So far they have found them all. ll

jjemz @ghenry21 To clarify, the seller had 6 separate listings for the same ring. I was not comparing the picture of your listing to the picture of his listing! My messages were only to inform the results of my research. Check yourself….Search ‘turquoise silver’ in his closet…. The results will show you 6 listings of the same ring! If it were possible I would have pm’d you preferably. Again, my sincere apologies that my attempts to inform and seek assistance have been misconstrued.
