misstina_1 @jessgray82 Do you have another account through Posh? I don’t see that you made a purchase for that dress.. When you initially made a purchase, there was a problem with the account that I assume was never resolved- I never received an OK from Poshmark to ship the item because the funds never cleared. You may want to check with Poshmark

misstina_1 @kzee7 They were picked up by the post office on yesterday.. that is the only status so have.. I used the pre printed label from Poshmark so when the post office scans it into their system you should be able to see the specific tracking details.. I would not be able to confirm that they would be to you by Friday but since I shipped them on yesterday, it should.. hopefully this helps ☺️

misstina_1 @kzee7 All I know is it was picked up by the mail carrier.. I’m sorry.. I’ve been doing this for a very long time and I do my very best to ship items out the day after it sells (unless it’s a weekend..) I make an effort to do everything According to Poshmark guidelines.. but I know how it is when you purchase something and want it right away, but I don’t control how quickly you see tracking information... I hope it’s available to see this morning though ☺️

kzee7 @misstina_1 still says pre-shipment, not scanned yet. Hopefully update is just delayed. I dropped off items from USPS last Sunday and all of them are on their way to be delivered today... so hoping I get the shoes by Friday.

misstina_1 @kzee7 I am not sure what’s going on with it.. The shoes are packaged in a priority shipping box, I used the label that Poshmark supplied and in the years that I have been selling I have never had an issue with a lost package.. I watched the package go out of the door along with all of the other mail from this office.. I can try and contact the post office tomorrow if tracking is not updated and see if they can give a status

kzee7 @misstina_1 yesterday at noon would have been day 1, and normally would have been scanned, today is Day 2 that it hasn’t been scanned. I bought it for a specific run that matches the outfit. I’m still hoping it gets here Friday.

misstina_1 @kzee7 I’m truly hoping that it’s resolved tomorrow and maybe it’s just a tracking glitch or something, I don’t know.. I don’t like to have issues such as this; I have been selling on Poshmark for quite some time with zero issue.. and I certainly do not care to go back and forth over how to calculate days.. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and hopefully we can get this resolved in the morning.. I will message you once I leave the post office

misstina_1 @kzee7 Good morning.. I just left the post office and they have the same update as it is listing online for the package.. They explained that I can put in a claim for a “lost package” and try and recoup a refund in the estimated amount of the lost package but that’s the best that they can do per their policy.. The only thing that I can suggest as a resolution at this point is to cancel the purchase and refund your money.. 😔 I apologize for the inconvenience
