Hi this is Lauren who you bought the ice crusher and travel deviled egg container, both white trays were stacked on top of one another and the tray they sit in and lid were all in the box and the ice crusher you turn on and pull the little door open and put the ice in there. It was working perfectly fine, I would never sell anything broken or damaged never have. If the ice breaker isn’t working I’ll take it back and send your money back because it was working fine prior.
