Hi Tina, this stuff is great! You take one pill with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a glass of water in the am. Pinch your nose it doesn't smell good. After a week if you haven't lost anything increase the dose to two pills. However, one worked fine for me🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼
