jerseykir Hi Tina, Sorry to hear that the shorts didn't fit the way you had hoped. I did list the correct size, however. Jeans have many different cuts, so if you wanted to be sure I would have been happy to measure. I don't think it deserves a two star rating, as I didn't do anything inaccurate. Of course you have the option to do whatever you want, but I try very hard to present items accurately and ratings are very important. I hope you'll reconsider. Kirsten
