luanneluongo Looks like u should receive your pendant today I hope you love it as much as I did I suggest you clean it with jewlery cleaner & the soft brush provided with cleaner I always let it soak for a few mins & then brushed the open backside well then rinsed & wiped with soft cloth. It always looks so beautiful. I never would have oarted with it if husband hadn't bought me a beautiful set. It was muched loved & hope u do too. Luanne
