laurenn60 Hello! I seem to have made a terrible mistake. I accidentally sent you the wrong purse! (It was another black coach purse I have in my closet) I am so so very sorry about this. meb009 Hey I got your message with the rating and the acceptance of the Abercrombie coat that you received. I wanted to first apologize for the condition of the zipper and the inconvenience with your purchase and would like to offer you compensation for the zipper that will not work (broke).

meb009 I wasn't sure how to go about doing that and accidentally hit release payment thinking I could choose the amount of money to lease for compensation and instead I guess it sent you a message asking you to confirm that you did not want the item that's having my earnings from the sale deducted from my account .

meb009 If you could cancel or not except my release payment action and let me know how to and how much compensation you would find appropriate, I have no problem doing so. If not I am sorry and I guess that would mean you would return the item and have it shipped back.

meb009 I am able to transfer you money. . If you would like to do it that way just let me know. I I also called around and got the average price for a zipper replacement on a jacket which was around $25 also they told me that sometimes visit for itself isn't broken just the tab needs to be replaced and is a common mistake so if you would like to find out what it would cost you and what needs done that would be great thanks again and again I apologize and let me know what you would like to do

meb009 @eqyntraner42 I'm not very knowledgable about Poshmark either. I hit release payment and figured it returned your payment. But today I was thinking and checked what my balance was and saw that it was $39.50, which what the earnings from your purchase was. So I guess the "release payment" button doesn't refund money, I'm still not sure what it does, but there is nothing you need to do and no refund ever was sent. I apologize for all the confusion!
