vfon I'm so sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. The soles of the boots actually came like that, it's suppose to resemble a distressed look.. I do my best to make sure all items I sale are clean and packaged so they do not get bent or damaged during shipping. If you would like a refund I would be more than happy to do that for you.
