The bag was still sealed in factory plastic wrapping . Exactly the way I received in the box from Vera . . I transferred it to a new box because the Vera box got crushed slightly . I’m sad you are disappointed. I really thought you would be a return customer . I went ahead and made the change to access so you don’t accidentally shop again . I want everyone 100 percent satisfied 😥
