tricia77r @twamp78 -if you need to cancel the order, you need to do it in the app right away. These were wrapped up and I was about to ship them. You have to go to "my purchases" then "order problem", cancel or "accidental purchase". Please do so right away, if you do not want them. Thanks.

tricia77r @tinyt87 hi, something was purchased by me accidentally too. I asked a friend and was told that If she put in an offer for the item, she can't cancel it. And you will have to either email posh or cancel it in your account, under my sales, problem section. And FYI-we will both have to completely relist these items. It will still show as sold and no one can buy it. Unless we do a new listing. Just thought I would share this info with you.

tricia77r @tinyt87 I hear ya. no worries! 😀 I've never had this issue either. If it shipped, then the buyer would not be able to cancel at that point. It's too late. She would have to contact posh directly. Have a great night!
