yasminh97 Hi Tina! You recently purchased a coach bag from me. As I was packaging it up I noticed there is a little tear in one of the letter straps that I didn't see before. I can't go back and edit the listing to show a picture but I looked back through and you can kind of see it in the 5th picture. It's not big at all (probably about a cm) but I just wanted to let you know. I'm so sorry for this inconvenience. Let me know if you still would like me to ship the bag. Thanks!

sorensentina68 @sman2251 nothing is really pressing just wanted to let you know that the “loose” eye shadow I purchased wasn’t really loose. It was stuck at the bottom and I was only able to use it twice. This is not your fault because it was sealed and you couldn’t check. I am NOT asking for a refund, but wanted you to know.

dspies Hi Tina. I just received the dress I ordered from you. Just to let you know there are multiple stains on the lapel/chest area. (Possibly grease stains) I am going to keep it and see if the dry cleaner can take care of this because it is too much trouble to return it and I really like it.
