@tme32275 Tina, I am crushed that you feel the item you purchased was misrepresented. I understand damaged to mean some structural flaw (scratch, rip, tear, scuff, etc.) and I saw none of that on the boot. If I missed it, I truly apologize. I always strive for transparency, as you can see with all my other ratings. Please allow me to right the situation with 50% off anything in my closet.
