sarahgrimsley @tina2618 That’s odd. I’m so sorry! What did you get? I think if you report a problem through poshmark where you usually accept, they should be able to get you a return mailing label and I can send out a replacement Monday morning if you’d still like it.

sarahgrimsley @tina2618 if I send it Monday, you will have it in time I’m sure. If you open a case on poshmark, you should be able to get a free return label to send back what you got. So sorry for the inconvenience. I’ll send you the gray top you liked to hopefully make up for it a little.

sarahgrimsley @tina2618 Hi, were you able to open a case on the dress? The order is showing pending acceptance. I have also contacted posh support about the order, but just wanted to make sure you did too, so I can get a new label to send the replacement tomorrow.

tina2618 @sarahgrimsley Hi! I reported it yesterday but haven’t heard from them yet. The email i received said they respond within 24 hours but weekends might take longer. I figured I would hear tomorrow. I am bringing the package with me to work so I can drop it in the mail as soon as I receive the label

sarahgrimsley @tina2618 Hi, poshmark did not send me a label to send me a label to send you the dress, but instead sent the person I sent it to a label to send to you. They said it was sent and should arrive on Friday. If you don’t get it on time or change your mind, you can just open a case and I will approve the return.
