snoopy12_ @briannastull hello, I always have questions and get no answers from POSH. They do not make it very easy to use their app. I hope you can help me. I don't understand the emails that I get that says drop down your price 10% to your likers, we will offer discounted shipping on posh for a limited time And stipulations like not to people that have already offered a price et cetera. (2 parts)

If they are offering discounted shipping why do I have to choose the amount. And it makes me fearful if I click 5.95 or 4.95 that I am getting stuck pain for shipping. briannastull @snoopy12_ Idk what happened to my original response so I’m going to try to answer again. I haven’t been selling in about a year. Posh may have changed the rules, but they used to take care of the 10%, especially during Closet Clear Out times. However, I’ve been told that if it asks you to choose the shipping, the cost is on you.

briannastull @snoopy12_ I would only take that step if you have something you really want to move in your closet, or if you want to make a couple of awls to help change the algorithm that runs how your items are seen. Hope this helps!
