I’m not sure how to do it either. I’d love a refund as the are of no use but don’t know how it’s done. We past the 72 hour mark, but did not notice the were both left shoes until the day I left the comment. Would be happy to send you photos or mail them back to you...

@tina_judd I have no idea it was both left. I was looking at the one star and wondering why and what happened. I then saw yr comment and felt bad. I bought the shoe to sell, no one even tried wearing it, so I had no clue. I sent Posh an email, hopefully will hear back from them tomorrow. I which one can call them .
