missmortician07 Hi there! I am so sorry the middle was broken! I thought I wrapped it well! My apologies! Did you like the free Star Wars lip gloss I sent with it? I hate to have one star on my reviews, that really hurts me. Is there anyway you can do a return on posh and send that one back and I could replace it with a brand new one?

tinaschmidt19 @missmortician07. I can try to do that I am new to this site so I will try to figure it out. It did seem to be packed well, I mean there was a lot of stuffing in there so I am not sure how it broke. Thank you for the mascara would you like me to send it back with the pallet? Sorry for the bad review I didn't know how to message you I will change it.

missmortician07 @tinaschmidt19 yes you can change it, it hurts my feedback badly. I am out of town until Monday but we can def get it corrected, I hate so bad that it broke! Usps are not very careful with packages, especially not at this time of year! I try to always pack my items with care. ❤️

Like I said before I just didn't know how to contact you since I'm new and I figured a bad review would catch your attention, I hated doing it that way but I didn't know of a better option. Thank you for being so understanding. I did contact posh so hopefully they contact me soon. Would you like me to send back the mascara you sent along with the pallet?

missmortician07 @tinaschmidt19 thank you for changing the feedback! I’m glad you have opened a case with posh. They will either send you a new label so you can send it back or they will just refund your money out of my balance. I hate that for the both of us! Either way we will get it worked out no worries ❤️. You can keep the free gift it’s for you! I’m glad the rest of the eyeshadows were perfect. I love that pallet!

missmortician07 @tinaschmidt19 also the middle that was broken is more of an Eyeshadow base but I guess it could be used for a highlighter as well. As soon as you hear from posh let me know, they will advise us from there. I so wish Usps was more careful 😢
