sadieruru @danasdoings Thanks for the lovely note. I have a friend that’s a wonderful artist and she’s painted my 4 dogs, starting in 1996. I’ve always loved how the Victorians had oil paintings done of their pets, so when I got my first dog I asked her to do a 16x20 oil painting. I’ve kept up the tradition with every pet since. There I found (and bought!) a gorgeous Jonette Art Deco golden horse. He is just magnificent. I would love to know more about this company. I love the beauty, details and humor they display. sadieruru @catchfireliving Thanks for the note. JJ pieces were once retailed in dept. stores, but after JJ sold its trademark and existing molds in 2006, the new owner chose to sell on a smaller scale. I’ve been working with the same company representative for 15 yrs; she’s sold JJ pieces for 35 yrs. Old/new JJ collectors love the detail and whimsical themes of these pieces which are very collectible, as new molds are no longer made. I will be listing over 1400 pieces, so please bookmark my closet. Tina

Thanks for working with me in getting your order completed tonight. I do real estate law...commercial closings. What kind of law do you practice? How interesting that you live in St Louis...my father was in the army and our last assignment before he retired was in St Louis. I went to 11th and 12th grade there...that was 1981.

carlamarv @sadieruru I do have lots of stories. Many would think it was fiction, but oh no. My husband has been trying to talk me into writing a book as I’m getting ready to close my firm and just do a few non-contested cases from my home.

carlamarv I was just going to leave it to that idea until I found a company that is right up my alley and is allowing me to make a little extra money a month if I want to work it part time, while I’m recovering from chemo; and, then I can bump it into full gear when I get all my strength back and make as much as I want.

carlamarv I will be checking in from time to time. Any chance you can get another set of the earrings that are a pit of coffee and a cup of coffee? Since my new endeavor is promoting health products that started out with coffee that contains health benefits, I think the earrings will go over at our convention in October. I would like to get a set for my friend that was kind enough to introduce me to the products.

carlamarv I can’t find your last note to me so that I can reply directly to it. So here goes. I trust you will find this note. You were correct, the bronze leaf was not in the box. However, you had two in the box that I did not order or pay for. I’m going to go ahead and accept the order. Hold off on mailing me the leaf. There are a couple other pins that I might decide to order. Please give me a few days. I’ve been dealing with an emergency all day.
