hellopansey @lmiller67 hi. I did receive them but they are not in very good shape. there are chips that are very large taking off the luster. I really can't give these to my niece for her wedding. can you refund?

lmiller67 @hellopansey when I sent these, they were in great shape except for the fact that they didn’t have a clasp that broke and needed repair as shown in the pictures and mentioned in description and is why I let them go for such a low price.. even lowered again when you submitted your offer.
