I just opened my box and have to say I’m very disappointed. This backpack is very dirty and the straps are barely hanging by a thread about to break off, and white paint marks on the front. The pics must have been taken when it was brand new, very deceiving. I would like to request a refund, I guess I should’ve learned the first time I tried to buy this off of you.
