noircoco @thub808 as far as available listings that is very odd, you are correct I filtered to ALL counted & it doesn’t match what your profile says. Unless for whatever reason a moderator took some listings down & its in progress if you getting an email as to why, etc.. it looks like a glitch. As far as shares I would recommend Edit Shares over regular shares. They get more visibility, you hit edit (change if anything is needed if not just hit next) tricks the system

noircoco @thub808 also the more active you are on the site the higher up the chain the your items become available for customers that see. I recommend at 1st listing 1 item a day, digging up old items around the house & if nothing for that day delete an existing post & adding it back up. Last Poshmark loves people who share similar items to the ones you sell. Last comment here & there on a couple profiles ie.. “Love this item, I will share for you!” & you should see a change in your sales & visibility!

wewillfrockyou @thub808 hey - Didn’t read through all your comments, you’ve probably figured it out by now..But just in case.. the lag in your listings is probably them authenticating your luxury items. I think they held a few of mine out for 2 to 3 days at a time when I first started.

You have nice items available..make sure your pictures are on point..try to make all of your ties look the same in each listing. I tend towards simple, clean look. Every item should look it's best.. I'm still learning here too..I've only been selling since June. Also, share, share, share! Your closet and others.

Really it's no secret, Poshmark's picture game is so much stronger than ebay's even jeans people put them in such funky poses. But overall the clarity and professional pictures look so much better. I would say just take it, not because your sales will suddenly increase...but it does get you more followers (the more people that see your products the better) and it does allow you to participate in campaigns that get you extra cash. For me, it hasn't been a bad thing. Go get em'!

I sent a question to the help desk, and they recommended that I contact someone who mentioned it on their page: what does no modeling mean? People want buy your clothing to model it? Could you help me clarify this? Also, I am making it a habit--- when I can-- to share items from people's closets who have shared mine. Am I correct in this reciprocation? thub808 @zhivagosmom Hi! Welcome to poshmark. No modeling means I do not model my items for sale, it's just my personal preference. If I'm selling something that is listed as NWT (new with tags) why in the world would I then put it on to model?! But A LOT of poshers are very successful with that. Yes, you are doing the sharing thing right. I want all of us to sell...even if it's the same thing as I have so sharing and following are my daily routine. Sending you lots of luck!!

thub808 @dnny748 I use a light box for smaller pieces..jeans, shirts, decor, jewelry. I have 3 big lights that I use when I take pictures using my mannequin. Honestly, the best light is natural light..it's whatever you like and works for you.

brujanegra I must say that I love your closet and thank you for sharing from my closet as well! It takes a lot to impress me, the price of things has nothing to do with what I like, it's the care that you take of your vintage items as I do with my own. Many of my childhood memories were stolen from me all lost in a fire that we had in 1999 I can't believe the value of some of the things I took for granted so long ago
