tinamitoyan @terricifers honestly I wore it only a handful of times :/ and besides that it was always in the jewelry box. So I’m assuming the battery just died sitting in the box lol sorry I’m no help with this. I think they may be able to do it at the mall too where they carry Michele ? That’s how I got the custom band for it

tinamitoyan Oh oh I do have to suggest one thing though! Since the band is authentic crocodile leather, please please don’t get it wet. It irritated my skin once, but it could’ve just been that my skin is very sensitive. So make sure if you’re washing your hands it doesn’t touch the band.
