@debboike I ordered some shoes and they didn't look like the picture that was posted. When I requested to return and a refund the seller is refusing. Saying that the shoes didn't look that way when she sent them out. The sad thing about this is I REALLY wanted these shoes! So if you could please tell me what do I do to get my money back? And if I had of known this is how Poshmark was going to be, I would of never joined.

@tynesheri okay, you need to file a return in Posh Support. It will be towards the bottom of the list of options. Type in returns. They will request photos and an explanation. I am so sorry this happened to you. You can also call them. Let them kno we exactly how you feel. Good luck. Let me know how this turns out. After this is done you can block the seller on her page go to the three dots on the right and click. Deb
