ajresalellc Hello, I just received your low rating and I’m wondering where you asked me to exchange the jeans??? There is no returns or exchanges on this site, all sales are final for every single seller but I do offer exchanges as a courtesy for some buyers on their dime. However I don’t see where you reached out to me to ask about that and you left a bad rating against business based on that and the fact they don’t fit you which I actually don’t make the jeans. Rock Revival does.

tinawagner917 I read that the jeans were not returnable. I wasn’t blaming you for the fit, I was simply saying they were right in the legs thus not a good fit for me. I’ve never wanted to or needed to return before so I didn’t realize nothing on the sight is returnable. I apologize if it came across as a personal issue.

ajresalellc Just for future... on Posh you should base your rating off of how quickly the seller shipped, how they respond to comments, packaging, item described correctly, etc. There are no returns or exchanges on Posh so it’s unfair if something doesn’t fit to punish the seller. We have no control over how anything will fit a customer. Most people just resell the item on here if something doesn’t fit or they don’t like it.

And if you want to exchange you just need to send back to address on package with a note as to what size you need and $7 for return shipping and we can send the new ones out when we get those.
