chicnation @tbosse5150 I agree hundred percent —- main thing is to get outside and exercise because being outside is ok we can go to grocery store too and post office and visit family but I get it totally !! Going store crazy right

tbosse5150 @chicnation I see you’re from Maine. I grew up there - northern Maine. I go back every year to visit my parents and family. Yes, trying to continue good habits since we are in this for the long haul - like walking outside every day (rain or shine) and continuing to do yoga 🧘‍♀️.

tbosse5150 @chicnation I grew up in Aroostook County - St. John Valley area. I have an awesome suggestion for you - Yoga with Adriene-on YouTube. It’s free and she has over 60 “classes.” Her voice is soothing and she’s fun. She’s a good egg. 🙂 I get a weekly newsletter from her as well...
