poshncoffee This same exact thing happened to me once actually, with a brand new pair of Betsey Johnson heels straight from the Betsey Johnson website, I put them on and that strap broke somehow, this was prom night and super glued them and still where them to this day, 5 years later. You can’t even tell. But if they can’t be fixed I would contact poshmark? Sorry about that again
