hazelandbetty @slambassador thank you I've done that. not purchasing I've sold an item. I just went a purchased a lap top and a printer. I was using my tablet and it isn't adapt for receiving labels. I appreciate your response and if I'm lucky I will figure it out and it's profitable. Have a blessed day
