luvsilver322 @silverlady1986 I have sales $85.84 in Pending I cant click on it to Redeem I can't enter in a bank account info to collect money owed to me redeemable says $0 I cant get anyone at poshmark to call me and walk me thru it to fix, I am frustrated disappointed in poshmark and ready to call BBB

silverlady1986 So sorry you are having problems, you said that you had $80 something dollars pending and cannot get to it to redeem or transfer to your banking account, pending means that at this moment your funds have not been released for you to be able to use them. That means that what you sold has not been accepted by the buyer and until they do, your funds are not available to you, after so many days if they have not contacted poshmark wanting a refund, then poshmark will release your funds to you.

silverlady1986 Don't worry, poshmark will not keep your money, after your sales completely go through, then you will receive your money, then you can leave it in your account to use for purchases or you can request a check sent to you or if you have your bank account set up, you can have it sent there. luvsilver322 @silverlady1986 Even if all my orders say "completed" I'm still not paid? is there a 1 week delay after order is completed? My question is how long do I have to wait before my account is straightened out?

silverlady1986 @luvsilver322 Usually about a week, but go to my sales, then go to your sales that say order complete, click on details and it will tell you that the order hss been excepted and when your funds were released. Everything depends on when and how long the customer hold out excepting the order, once they receive it, they don't realize that we do not get paid until they do that.

luvsilver322 @silverlady1986 Peggy, so money is still missing I had $3.59 that shows I should have had in redeemable but now says $0 I WAS able to set up my bank account so that IS good news and I DO SO appreciate tour help and attention I am missing money when someone "accepts" the order shows 'completed' but I am not getting transferred into 'REDEEMABLE" ?

silverlady1986 @luvsilver322 Don't worry, you will get your money,I have been selling on poshmark for about 3 years and I have never had any of my money from sales not given to me. Go to My Balance, then to redeemable balance activity, it will show you in detail all your sales with a + symbol and a - for your purchases, it will show the dates, this should help you understand what is going on. It takes time to understand all the workings of poshmark, read questions and answers, it will help.
