amandasparrow @bamaelegance Hi there, I am so sorry, I didn’t intend to file a complaint and thought I was simply sending you a message asking about the color of the bag. I hope that you were able to see my message and that I loved the dresses. PM responded to my question by saying that I could accept a $5 credit or send the items back and, at that point, the system would not allow me to accept the order and/or leave any feedback. I have been messaging PM since day one and have not received a response....

amandasparrow @bamaelegance ...I did not accept the $5 credit, nor did I mail the items back, and I am still awaiting word from PM. I certainly didn’t know that they were withholding your payment. I now know to send a message directly if I have a question about an item instead of asking a question in the PM order acceptance screen. I am trying to make this better and will send another message to PM this afternoon. 🌸

Your items were perfect. It has been close to a month and I still have no payment and or any resolution. I want that mark off my Profile. I had plans to have my own boutique and take great pride in my sales and customers. By them not allowing you to leave me

fairlygirly Had you let me know you weren't happy with the top instead of filing a baseless dispute against me, I might have been able to exchange it for you. I always do everything I can to make sure my customers are happy, but you didn't come to me first. You gave me no choice but to defend myself and Poshmark obviously agreed that your claim was baseless. I hope you enjoy the top anyway 😘
