queenblanquita7 Hi! Will you please return these shoes and ask poshmark for a refund? You must have forgot to look through the listing and check out my pictures and descriptions. Really wish you would have contacted me first before leaving such a harsh rating, because I did let you know if there was any problems I would be more then happy to fix it.

tcollins6875 @queenblanquita7 I removed my comment. I don’t want to deal with shipping and will toss the shoes. I think the brown cover photo was deceiving. We know we are buying used goods so I’m not sure that a stock photo is appropriate.

queenblanquita7 @tcollins6875 it’s a shame. The picture is there to give a clear view of what the actual item is. Not all buyers are looking for brand new items and it’s quite rare to buy these shoes for that price brand new. My item description was indeed correct. You are my first rating lower then a 5 star. Returning items is very easy, just print a label that poshmark pays for and send it off at the post office, or have it picked up by your mailman.
