tinyonecloset @lisayounger Hello again. I have a question. What is make an offer to all likers? Why don't they just submit their bid or purchase? And what is the point of following someone? Is this like social media or something?

lisayounger @tinyonecloset “Make an offer” is out there as a tool to communicate a sale to “likers”. Sometimes PM will offer to pay a portion of the shipping if the seller decreases price by at least10%. The “Make An Offer” Button is a way to communicate that to “likers”. Hope this helps

lisayounger @tinyonecloset hi. In closet click on item. In right hand corner is edit button. Click it. At bottom of page on right click that option. Then a pop up appears, choose either public or private. Hope this helps.

tinyonecloset @lisayounger Hello, Lisa. I hope all is well with you today. I have a question. Someone made an offer for one of my items but the message says, ”accepted but payment issue.” what does that mean? Is there something I need to do? Please advise. Thank you in advance.

lisayounger @tinyonecloset hi there. You do not need to do a thing. PM handles all payment issues and details. I forgot to enter my credit card info in PM before I purchased my first item so a message will go out like the one you saw. They also reach out to buyer asking them to complete CC info. It could also be an expired card that needs updating. Just wait to hear back! Great news on making a sale during summer months!!! Woohoo!!

lisayounger @tinyonecloset The fastest way to get your money from Poshmark is through direct deposit into your bank account, but you can also request a check. Here's how to set it up: In the app: Step 1: Go to the Account Tab Step 2: Select My Balance

lisayounger Step 3: Select Redeemable Balance and select your desired redemption method to set-up a direct deposit (or request a check, if preferred). You will receive a one time use verification code that you will need to enter on the verification screen. This code will be sent to your default verification method. Step 4: Enter your redemption information after you have cleared the verification page.
