bossbabeapparal @tiquishaharrris I received an email from Posh saying there was no tracking on the label. Could you drop the label on an envelope so it shows tracking and then I am guessing I will be able to mark as received and then Posh will issue me a return label for the new one. Sorry for all the confusion! never had this happen :)
