Hello, I saw your rating. Please check your email from posh. I have the dress as it was returned back to me. Please check the tracking. When tracked on my end it showed multiple delivery attempts 5-6 times with no success. Posh has reached out to you via email a couple of weeks ago.

@theopenarmoire I will check into this. There is no reason they wouldn’t be able to deliver, my roommate works from home so even if I’m not there, he typically is. I’ve never received any emails about this - I’ll check my spam folder in case maybe it went there.

@tissz okay I searched my email this morning to verify and the date they emailed me was 1/9/2020 if that helps any. It says they were reaching out to you and would send me an updated shipping label if needed. I have it here so whenever I can get the updated label I can ship right back out.

Hey girl! You just purchased a purple Express sweater from my closet. Unfortunately, had to cancel the order 😩 I took a bunch of stuff to donate yesterday and just discovered the sweater was apparently amongst the items because I couldn't find it when I went to pack your order.
