hi, To be, I am so sorry, about the skirt, I just went by what the description said about it, from where I purchased it. Is there a way to cut that stitching? If not, I will be Happy to make it right, in any way that I can. I do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase. Please, let me know of anything I can do. Even a return of the skirt, refund.
