I just received your rating on the Polo shirt. Can you provide me with more feedback about why it was only one star? It was a brand new authentic item very reasonably priced, delivered as listed, nicely wrapped and quick shipment. I apologize that I was not able to meet your expectations. I just read your review. The item was sent exactly as photographed and described. There were no spots and it had never been worn. It was a brand new polo. I am shocked by your description.

@elankford60 Good morning. Unfortunately, my post is 100% accurate. I have pictures to show you that this does not look like it was when you posted it. The blue card stock polo tag that was hanging from the front button was not on the shirt and the long size sticker that would normally have been on the front was missing. Then the 2 dot brown stain to boot. I’m hoping my dry cleaners will get it out.
