poshlove1919 Hello POSHMARK Community, I wanted to share my recent experience with toddmurray38, who claims to resolve all "mistakes" with his listings. Unfortunately, when I purchased a sweater that was different from the listing's description and reached out for a resolution, HE FAILED TO OFFER RESOLUTION! I believe it's crucial for us as a community to ensure transparency and trust in our transactions. Has anyone else had similar experiences with this seller? If so, please share! ty

poshlove1919 For example, he could have credited me for the "mistaken" item ,and I was willing to keep the other three items. Never provided me with this option! I also was not reimbused for tpaid for shipping
