Unfortunately Pillows are Non-Fashion/Prohibited so I’m not sure how helpful Posh Support will be...
We have upto 7 Days to Ship. After that you can cancel... You shouldn’t be charged until it arrives & you accept it online or 3 days pass after delivery.
My suggestion is to keep messaging the Seller but it may be a Bust...
